Structure features

Equipped with a water tank of certain capacity. The tank and water supply system form a new water supply mode. With water supply switching device, time control module, negative pressure resist module, back flow resist device and other advanced controlling components. Water supply mode

Supplying water by adding  superposed pressure of municipal pipeline networks to two times pressured water from water tanks, and satisfy customer’s need of water at peak time by time control module’s adjustment, which not only saves energy, but also keeps the water source clean.

Supplying water by superposing pressure directly with municipal pipeline networks through flow control tank.

Working principle

When the equipment is put into use, one branch of the water from tap-water pipeline networks flows into the water tank and then into the water pump through inflow conversion device, while the other branch flows into water pump directly through negative pressure resist module. The branch that has flown into water tank is controlled by ball float valve and motorized valve. When the pipeline networks supplies enough water, the water pressure in it will be kept within normal range. The negative pressure resist module will open the motorized valve, and the pump will work to supply pressure-superposed water. When the pipeline networks can not supply enough water, the water pressure in it will be lower than normal level. The negative pressure resist module will adjust the motorized valve to close it slowly. Now the water supply way will be changed automatically and water will be supplied from water tank. To ensure fresh water in water tank, the time control module of the system will close the motorized valve regularly to refresh the water in water tank.

Equipment control system features

1. Starting mode: with variable frequency soft start, avoiding pressure fluctuation generated by Power Frequency starting. Each pump is soft-start, eliminating surge current in starting, which prolongs the service life of the equipment. Each pump is started in turn so that none of them will rust for not being used for a long time or wears out by frequent use.

2. Operation mode: manual operation, automatic operation.

3. Control mode

(1) Use PID closed loop dynamic control module, test and control with high accuracy
(2) Whether keeping constant pressure at outlet or allowing the pressure be changed automatically. Multi-analog input mode, supply pressure-superposed water from the pipeline networks.

4. Human computer interface
(1) Operate by switch button, digital display or indicator light
(2) High grade control, with Chinese text display or touch screen, confirmed when placing order.
(3) Chinese language full screen display, can store 256 pictures at most, pop-up menu by key press, you see what you get, operation and setting can be processed very visually.

*Each picture on the touch screen can be made up of figures, characters and corresponding PLC data.
*On the screen can be made all kinds of control buttons, control switch graphs. You can touch the graph to start corresponding pump.
*On the screen can be made all kinds of indicator lights, graphs or literal statement to supervise the working conditions of each pump.
*On the screen can be set in real time the working pressure, flow. Real time pressure, flow and other parameters can be automatically displayed.
*A fault warning picture can be popped up automatically.
*A dynamic picture showing the working system can be displayed vividly.

5. Protective device/Warning device: with protection against short circuit, overflow, over pressure, over heat, over load, etc. If the pump has any trouble in working, it will stop working by itself and send out a warning signal. The system has functions of self-inspection, failure predication, fault storage, etc. And it can automatically start the stand-by pump.

6. Trouble shooting: alternative pumps are stand-by pumps; adaptive degradation running.
